A bridge between Paris and the island of Rhodes
The Festival « European Polyphony », a Greek-French collaboration.
This unique multidisciplinary art institution was created in 2019 by the collaboration of the French association Arts Spontanés and Ars Artis, based in Rhodes.
The Festival, for two weeks, transforms the Medieval City of Rhodes into an active music workshop, allowing the public to participate in numerous interactive music workshops and concerts with the participation of internationally renowned artists and musical ensembles.
It's a new way of meeting through art and experiencing classical music.
One of the main goals of the Festival is to empower young people through art and contribute to the promotion of the island of Rhodes as one of the important artistic capitals in Europe.

Festival European Polyphony abroad
For the second year in a row, Festival European Polyphony presented with success in the heart of Paris, from July 5th to 7th, 2024, a captivating program in iconic locations, such as the Sorbonne University and Parc Floral de Paris, highlighting the artistic collaboration between Greece and France, reinforcing the international promotion of Rhodes. The public participation was significant, a result of the innovative and unique artistic program and the dynamic team of the festival that works tirelessly all year round. This significant initiative was supported by the Municipality of Rhodes and the Town of Paris.
With the main goal of developing artistic collaborations, following a path of cultural geography and musical diplomacy, the Festival European Polyphony is launching in Tallin in November 2024 the project «Rhodes-Reval» in collaboration with the « Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir »

The Festival European Polyphony is under the auspices of support of the Ministry of Culture & Sports of HELLENIC REPUBLIC, the General Secretariat of the Aegean and Island Policy and the Hellenic National Tourist Office (E.O.T).
It is a co-organization of the South Aegean Region, the Municipality of Rhodes, the French Consular Authority of Rhodes and the association Arts Spontanés. With the significant support of the Ministry of Culture & Sports of HELLENIC REPUBLIC, the General Secretariat of the Aegean and Island Policy, the Estonian Embassy in Greece, the Ministry of Culture Ephorate of Antiquities of the Dodecanese, the French Institute of Greece, the Municipal Enterprise of Rhodes (DERMAE), the Municipal Organization for Culture and Sports of Rhodes (DOPAR), the Organization for the promotion of Rhodian Tourism (PROTOUR), Ars Artis and private organizations that support culture.
